Into the Underworld (Part 2)
I entered a meditative state,
grounded myself,
and stayed sitting on the couch with my eyes closed.
Then—
“Moon Desert.”
That’s what I heard.
Huh? Moon Desert?
“There is a station in the Moon Desert.
And at the entrance of the station, there is a warehouse…”
That’s what I heard—
and in the very next moment,
there was a blue door right in front of me.
For some reason, I just knew it was the door to a warehouse.
The moment I saw the blue door, fear hit me.
“I’m scared.”
And the moment I thought that—
I was already inside the door.
Darkness.
Fear.
Panic.
Something like a monster was coming toward me from the darkness.
It looked like a huge insect.
Like a giant tick.
About the size of a dump truck.
I’m scared!!!!!
Help me, someone!!!
I’m going to be eaten!!!!
“It’s not scary. Just defeat it.”
Who?
That wasn’t Raphael’s voice.
It was a man’s voice.
Gyu?
A sword appeared in my left hand.
A big sword.
The guard curved downward in a dramatic way,
like it was wrapping around my hand.
It was huge, but light.
And the blade—
it was glowing,
blindingly bright.
No way.
I can’t use this.
I can’t.
I’m scared!!!
“Don’t be afraid. You can do it.
It can’t do anything to you.”
I gathered my courage
and slashed the insect with the sword.
First, its head.
The part I cut glowed and disappeared.
Then I kept cutting its body into smaller and smaller pieces.
The door opened,
and light poured into the darkness.
Outside the door,
Gyu (Michael) was standing there.
I ran into his arms, crying.
And he carried me back.
